Why do I focus on organizational development in addition to executive search?
Because one does not work without the other.
„Organizational development is a structured change process within companies.“
And this process affects people, works on them, comes from them and lives through them. In order for processes to run in a structured manner at all in these times of change, agile planning is needed, experience and courage, foresight and intuition are required. It is only seemingly opposites that act as the engine of change.

In the case of reorganizations, mergers or new corporate orientations, I advise and accompany you in the design, management and implementation of change processes.

In change processes, the responsible executives play an outstanding role. As a rule, such a process can only be designed successfully if they act as role models.
To support companies and in particular their executives in change processes, we create coordinated learning modules & practical transfer workshops together with you, primarily in the subject areas of communication, leadership, team building, dealing with change and project management.
The design and implementation of the learning modules & practice transfer workshops is carried out in cooperation with selected, highly qualified partners specialized in the respective subject area.
